LAND SURVEYING
The very definition of Land Surveying includes the locating, measuring and documenting property lines. Once you retain us for a survey, before we set foot on you property, we completely research your site for all available records on your site and the adjoining properties and rights of way. Once this is done, we can begin collecting measurements at the site and reviewing that data against the recorded information. We can then produce a plat which will document the results of the field survey. CIVIL ENGINEERING
Land Development begins with a vision from the developer. McWhorter & Anderson works with the client to take that vision put it on paper and help place it on the ground. Along the way, we work closely with the reviewing agencies in order to best meet their needs without sacrificing the integrity of the project while maintaining a balance with today’s environmental concerns. Each site contains unique characteristics which require creative, cost effective, and aesthetic solutions to solve difficult engineering challenges. BUILDER SERVICES
From the builder who builds two houses a year to the builder who builds hundreds of houses a year, we can meet your every day needs throughout the life of your project. At the beginning, we can assist you with your site plan, whether it is a simple house location plan to a more elaborate site, grading and erosion control plan. Whether the site is served by sanitary sewer or requires a septic site plan, we have years of experience dealing with each type. We have literally done thousands upon thousands of site plans over the years. Once a permit is acquired, we provide staking services for your site and when the form boards are up, we will provide a survey for you, all in a timely manner. Finally, when your house is complete, we can perform the final survey for the site. Your goals will be met at McWhorter & Anderson with value, honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
