About Us

We have more than 40 years of combined experience the in the Land Surveying and Civil Engineering Industry. Founded in the 1990′s we have made our business all about our clients. In today’s market this is unheard from a company of our size.  We are dedicated to providing you the finest service in the industry and taking care of all of your needs.

BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY

The owners of McWhorter & Anderson understand that we are in the service industry and make client satisfaction the top priority for our firm. Our goal is to strive to attain 100% client satisfaction. In striving to accomplish that goal, we are required to perform all jobs with an emphasis on quality, in a timely manner, and at a reasonable fee. We believe that while on the path to achieving perfect client satisfaction, other goals such as, healthy long term growth, employee satisfaction, and corporate profits, will be met and exceeded.

Above all other requirements, our work must maintain the highest standards for quality. That is why we feel that it is important to have a licensed professional working ‘hands on’ with all of our projects. Our licensed professionals will be involved with all aspects of the design, drafting, and review process down to the smallest detail.

No matter the quality, our work is insufficient if it cannot be accomplished within a reasonable time frame. We work with our clients to meet project deadlines within the desired time constraints. Once we negotiate a desired project deadline, we will take all necessary action to meet that deadline and complete the work in a timely manner.

We believe that, once you consider quality and service, we provide great value for the results that we produce. You will find that our rates and pricing are competitive and reasonable when compared to similar competitors.

Finally, we have a strong belief in moral values when dealing with our clients. Values like respect, honesty, integrity, and professionalism, are taken seriously at McWhorter & Anderson. Many of those values are lost in today’s business world, but we endeavor to maintain a high level of those ‘old fashion’ values.
